2. Disclose the environmental assessment information to the public. The full text of the environmental assessment is shown in the annex. The pollution prevention and environmental impact during the operation period are as follows:
2.1 Exhaust gas
During the operation period of the project, 4 sets of baghouse dust collectors will be used to handle the dust at the top of the storage tanks in the 4 silos. At the same time, 1 set of baghouse dust collectors will be used to discharge, feed, stir and cut the dust in the production workshop. In order to reduce the emission of fugitive dust, the project set up a dry spray device in the sand temporary storage room; the crusher is sealed, and the polystyrene foam board is stored in the secondary crushing room; the loading trolley track is sealed with colored steel; the entrance and exit are set for car washing 1 set of each device; all roads in the factory area are hardened, sprinkled with water to suppress dust. After taking the above dust treatment measures, the organic particulate matter emission concentration meets the limit of particulate matter <10mg / m 3 in Table 2 of the “Cement Industry Air Pollutant Emission Standard” (GB4915-2013) (special emission limit values for key regions). According to the prediction results, the concentration of particulate matter at 20m outside the plant boundary around the project site can meet the limit for monitoring the concentration of fugitive emissions (≤0.5mg / m 3 ) at 20m outside the plant boundary in the Cement Industry Air Pollutant Emission Standard (GB4915-2013) Claim. Exhaust gas treatment measures are feasible and have little effect on the surrounding ambient air.
2.2 Wastewater During the operation period of the project, no production wastewater is generated; domestic sewage is used for septic tank treatment for surrounding farmland and fertilizer fields. The wastewater treatment measures of the project are feasible and have little impact on the surrounding surface water environment.
2.3 Noise is mainly the noise generated during the operation of machinery and equipment. After basic vibration reduction and wall sound insulation, the noise value at the boundary of the factory can reach the Class 2 standard of "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Boundary of Industrial Enterprises" (GB12348-2008).
2.4 Solid waste
The general solid waste generated in the production process of this project includes dust collected by bag dust collectors and domestic garbage of employees. The bag dust collector collects the dust and reuses it in the production process; after the domestic garbage is collected in the factory area, it is sent to the garbage transfer station for disposal.
